PREMIERSHIP RUGBY

In recent years, Premiership Rugby has been taking steps to attract younger and more diverse audiences to its games. With a focus on creating long term sustainability for the sport, we were asked to play our part in helping Premiership Rugby games appeal to a new generation of female and family-oriented fans.

With the goal of diversifying attendance, we tapped into new audiences by gifting kits and tickets to carefully selected influencers. This approach allowed us to authentically build excitement and promote the games through pre-match social posts and stories.

Next, we brought our partner influencers right into the heart of the action, hosting them at games throughout the season. These included the Big Game at Twickenham in December, featuring a pre-match set from DJ Joel Corry, the Showdown at Spurs, and the Big Summer Kick-Off at Twickenham in April, with a performance by Jess Glynne. With incredible fan zones and entertainment that went beyond the sport, the captivating content captured by our influencers truly helped draw in new audiences.

The season climaxed with the Gallagher Premiership Rugby final at Twickenham, where we hosted 33 influencers as Northampton triumphed over Bath. But for us, the work is just beginning, as we continue to open the door for new audiences to discover and engage with the sport for years to come.
